Tatranská Lomnica - High Tatras

Tatranská Lomnica resort offers beautiful and difficult skiing under Lomnické sedlo, wide slopes from Skalnate pleso down to Tatranská Lomnica, and a freeride track. Good conditions are supported by a snowmaking system. The ski season usually ends in May.

• An unforgettable attraction in Tatranská Lomnica is the cable car ride from Skalnaté pleso to Lomnický štít. 50 minutes on the second highest peak of the Tatras is an experience for everyone. Skiers will appreciate the long descent from a height of 2196 m above sea level from Lomnický sedlo with a 5.5 km long ski slope to Tatranská Lomnica.

The resort offers night skiing, there are ski schools for beginners, and instructors from MAXiland ski school take care of children. Ski rental and a ski storage room can be used. The ski resort also has quality gastronomy. In several restaurants and bars, you will find something that suits you. It also provides nightlife - music bar Humno.

The Tatranská Lomnica resort is easily accessible - road II / 537 (Cesta Slobody) or from Poprad - road II / 540. It is about 15 km from the D1 motorway. Parking is directly under the cable car.

The High Tatras are also connected by rail. It is possible to use the tram (TEŽ) or train connection from Poprad.
